Justin Fulcher started at the Defense Department as a member of billionaire Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency. He was then later promoted to a post as senior adviser to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
A vehicle drove into a crowd in East Hollywood, injuring 30 people, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. Police believe the crash was an intentional act.
