Woman Killed Following Semi-Truck Involved Accident On Highway 67

Wayne County, Mo. (KFMO) - A 61-year-old woman from Popular Bluff was killed Saturday afternoon following a two-vehicle accident on Highway 67 in Wayne County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says at around 2:25 p.m., the woman was driving a pick-up truck westbound on Highway 67 near Greenville, when she pulled into the path of a semi-truck driving northbound. The Wayne County assistant coroner pronounced the woman dead at the scene of the accident.

This is the 34th fatality of 2025 recorded by Troop E of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, which covers the entirety of southeastern Missouri.
