Two Festus Women Arrested in St. Francois County on Drug Charges

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - Two women from Festus were arrested Tuesday afternoon in St. Francois County on multiple drug-related charges.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 45-year-old Stephanie L. Kennedy and 38-year-old Melissa R. Kirby were taken into custody just after 4 p.m. on July 15. Both women face identical charges, including two counts of possession of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, and delivery of a controlled substance at a jail facility.

They were held at the St. Francois County Jail and later released.
