Madison Co., Mo. (KFMO) - Drivers in Madison County can expect delays as the Missouri Department of Transportation prepares to close two major ramps near Fredericktown for concrete replacement work.
The southbound Route 67 off-ramp to Route 72 will be closed beginning Monday, July 7, and will remain closed through Sunday, July 13, weather permitting. Crews will then shift to the northbound Route 67 on-ramp from Route 72, closing it from Monday, July 14, through Sunday, July 20, also weather permitting. MoDOT officials say the closures are necessary to complete vital concrete replacement work.
Both ramps will remain closed for the duration of the scheduled construction periods. Drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes and use caution in work zones.
