MAC Extends Partnership with WCAD

Park Hill, Mo. (KFMO) - Mineral Area College and the Washington County Ambulance District have announced the extension of a collaborative partnership to administer EMS Education Programs at MAC's main campus in Park Hills through 2030.

The extension ensures the continuation of training opportunities for aspiring healthcare professionals in the region. Since 2019, about 175 EMTs have completed the semester-long course, while about 60 paramedics have completed the 18-month long Paramedic Technology program. Angie Erickson, Dean of Allied Health Professions, lauded the success of the partnership, adding that the extension reinforces the college's committment to delivering exceptional EMS education.

The Fall 2025 semester at MAC begins on August 18th.
