Farmington Shooting Suspect Makes Initial Court Appearance

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - The man accused in the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Drevon Rawson made his initial appearance in St. Francois County Court Thursday morning.

27-year-old Nathan Larson is charged in connection with the deadly incident that occurred Sunday in the 600 block of Hill Top Place Drive in Farmington. During Thursday’s proceedings, Larson waived his arraignment and was referred to a public defender for legal representation. A bond hearing was set for July 17 at 8:30 a.m., with a counsel status hearing scheduled for later that same day at 1:30 p.m.

Larson remains in custody at the St. Francois County Jail on a $500,000 cash or surety bond.
