Farmington Pet Adoption Center Voted 2025 Country Days Parade Grand Marshal

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - The Farmington Regional Chamber is proud to announce that Farmington Pet Adoption Center (FPAC) has been voted the Nicholson Heating & Air Country Days Parade Grand Marshal for 2025.

Selected by popular vote through a Facebook poll, FPAC received overwhelming community support with an impressive 1,311 votes, securing their place at the front of this year's highly anticipated parade.

Founded on compassion, commitment, and community service, FPAC is a 501(c)(3) no-kill shelter located at 2901 South US Highway 67 in Farmington, Missouri. Serving six rural counties, the organization has dedicated itself to rescuing and rehoming animals in need. With a mission to provide a safe haven for homeless pets and match them with loving families, FPAC has made a lasting impact—reuniting thousands of animals with forever homes and touching countless lives.

"This honor is an incredible honor to be voted to win this privilege by our community," said an FPAC spokesperson. "We're beyond grateful for the recognition and excited to represent our mission during such a cherished local tradition."

FPAC's float will be pulled by Freedom Realty MO, owned by Dustin Walker—a husband, father, Christian, U.S. Army combat veteran, and trusted local realtor. Known for his integrity and client-first approach, Dustin and his team proudly support community organizations like FPAC and are thrilled to participate in the parade.

Don't miss the Nicholson Heating & Air Country Days Parade on Friday, June 6 at 6:00 p.m. Floats will roll down Liberty Street from the intersection of North Main & Liberty to Farmington High School, featuring FPAC, Freedom Realty MO, and many more vibrant community participants.
