Bulk Trash Pickup Scheduled for Park Hills Ward 1 Residents

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - Residents in Park Hills Ward 1 will have the opportunity to take part in bulk trash pickup during the week of September 8 - 12.

City officials say there is a $10 fee, and both registration and payment must be completed by Friday, September 5. All items should be placed curbside by Monday morning of pickup week. There are weight restrictions in place, with a total limit of a half-ton per household and no single item weighing more than 250 pounds.

Appliances containing Freon must have compressors removed prior to pickup. Items that will not be collected include yard waste, tires, batteries, hazardous materials, and construction debris. Pickup will only be provided at the curb, no alley or side-street collections are allowed.
